How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout. Orders are fulfilled within 4–7 business days, then shipped via your chosen carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing lueurskn@gmail.com. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 4–7 business days. Shipping speed is selected at checkout.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final. LueurSKN does not accept returns or exchanges on body care products once an order has been shipped. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All LueurSKN products are vegan, cruelty-free, and made with skin-loving ingredients.
Do you ship internationally?

How should I use the body butter?
Apply to clean, damp skin for best absorption. A little goes a long way.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are gentle, but we recommend a patch test before full use.
