Shipping policy
Processing & Fulfillment Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This timeframe includes production and fulfillment before shipment.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery begins after processing is complete and may vary due to carrier delays, location, or seasonal volume.
Warm Weather Notice (Spring & Summer)
During warmer months, we strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.
If heat exposure occurs during transit or after delivery, including exposure to outdoor temperatures, items affected by heat are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
If a refund is requested instead, it will be issued once the item is returned, excluding original shipping costs.
Delivery Issues
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, LueurSKN is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package has not arrived, please allow 1–2 additional business days, then contact the carrier directly for assistance.
LueurSKN is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
