Refund & Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final. LueurSKN does not accept returns or exchanges on body care products once an order has been shipped.
Heat, Carrier Handling & Temperature Exposure
LueurSKN products are made with natural butters and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to warm or fluctuating temperatures during transit or after delivery.
If heat exposure occurs during transit or after delivery, including exposure to outdoor temperatures, items affected by heat are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds are not issued for products affected by heat exposure, carrier handling, delayed pickup, or normal product settling.
Melting does not impact the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product. Instructions on how to resolidify your product can be found in our FAQ.
We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information and retrieving your package promptly upon delivery during warmer months.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or your order arrives damaged due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation.
Photo documentation must include:
- The outer shipping box
- The shipping label
- The contents received
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review and are handled at our discretion.
Approved resolutions may include a replacement or store credit, determined after review. Physical returns are not accepted.
Fraud Prevention & Claim Review
To prevent fraudulent claims, all requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Claims that cannot be verified or do not match order details will not be approved.
LueurSKN reserves the right to limit or refuse future resolutions for accounts exhibiting repeated or suspicious claims.

By completing a purchase with LueurSKN, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping, refund, and store policies.
